Mr. Jiang pointed out the shortcomings in the work carried out in July, and urged all employees to face the problems head-on and take proactive actions. He praised the results achieved through self-inspections by all employees, and encouraged everyone to continue working hard and make further improvements. He also said:
1. In work, it’s important to constantly “look back”. “Those who have experienced something gain more wisdom from it”. By looking back and identifying areas of weakness and addressing them, we can identify the gaps and fill in the missing parts. This way, we can effectively avoid taking unnecessary detours or wasting time.
2. In a team, it’s important to embrace the concept of working as a cohesive whole. Every individual’s contribution is essential. The effort of one person is like addition, while the combined effort of a team is like multiplication. The ranking of each team every month represents a collective achievement. In our work, it’s crucial to promote communication and support from each other.
3. In the competition, we must strive to “compare, learn from each other, and surpass others.” We should use competitions as a means to promote learning and foster a sense of competition. The concept of “humility” should not be applied in a competitive context. Instead, we should be able to identify gaps in our performance during competitions, address our weaknesses through learning, achieve real results in our efforts to surpass others, and defend our honor by surpassing our competitors.
Human Resources Manager Gan Yueyuan led everyone in reviewing the work of July and outlining the work plan for August. During the meeting, surprise awards were prepared for 12 outstanding employees, who were recognized and honored. Thanks were expressed to all the employees who shone brightly, worked diligently, and selflessly dedicated themselves to their roles.
